Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso was pleased with his side's improved display in their 1-1 draw with Everton in the FA Cup fourth on Sunday.
Alonso, 27, thought the Reds dominated as the game ended in the same scoreline as last Monday's league meeting.
He told BBC Radio Merseyside: "It was better than the game on Monday. "We've controlled the game much better. We're not happy with the mistake that we have made for their goal but overall it has been better."
