Daily Mirror reports that Liverpool are close to signing one of the top talents of European football. Barcelona teenager Gerard Deulofeu could become a Liverpool player in the near future.
Deulofeu (14) has earlier been linked with Arsenal and Chelsea, and they could of course also come in for the wonderkid. But news today are clear that Liverpool are the team that will finally sign him.
Barcelona are also keen to keep their boy wonder, after losing Cesc Fabregas. Deulofeu could if joining one of the English clubs be close to a first team debut than if he stay at Barcelona.
