Only A Game? hits the heights in Liverpool


The UEFA-driven Only A Game? exhibition is entering 2009 in residence in the World Museum Liverpool – an appropriate event for a city with boundless passion for football – and visiting figures have been so high that the exhibition has now been extended from 1 March to 26 April.

Football's emotions
With admission free, the interactive exhibition invites visitors to plunge into the emotions of football, inspired by a selection of prestigious artefacts, trophies and memorabilia, covering in particular the last 50 years of European football. Only A Game?, which first showed in Brussels in 2007, has a wider appeal than just to football fans, however, as it explores the links between the development of European society and the growth of its most popular sport.Read more....
