Rihanna 'won't press charges on Brown'

Rihanna will not press charges against Chris Brown for alleged assault, according to police reports. The singer's original statement and witness accounts will be handed to the Los Angeles County District Attorney later this week.

It is not known whether there will be a strong enough case to prosecute Brown without the 21-year-old's testimony. However, California law allows prosecutors to take action in domestic violence cases even if the couple reunite. Brown is accused of attacking Rihanna during a row before the Grammy Awards on February 8. Pictures of Rihanna with bruises on her eyes, nose and cheeks surfaced on American websites last month.

Brown and Rihanna reportedly reunited at rapper Sean Combs's Miami home at the weekend. The first pictures of the couple back together may fetch £60,000, according to paparazzi agencies.

Fans of the Barbadian musician have launched the website dontdoitrihanna.com, pleading with the singer not to forgive Brown.

Will Smith tops Hollywood power list

The star of Men In Black and Independence Day topped the Forbes Star Currency list, which measures actors' financial clout.

The data was based not just on box office success but also on a star's ability to attract financing and guarantee cinema distribution for a project, and whether or not their presence "significantly drives box office performance".

"Will Smith stands alone as the only actor to score a perfect 10 among industry voters in the Star Currency survey," the magazine said.

The 40-year-old star's films have made $5,239,409,825 (£3,615,342,000) at the worldwide box office. In the US, eight of his movies have debuted in the number one slot at the box office.

Johnny Depp was second in the list, thanks in part to his Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, although the magazine dubbed him "the poster child for 'indie actor as box office star'". Leonardo DiCaprio was third.

In fourth place, Angelina Jolie was the highest ranked actress - one place ahead of her partner, Brad Pitt. Forbes said: "She's got the acting credibility and exposure - key ingredients. Some of her peers on the upper reaches of the list have more box office to their names, but right now, the industry clearly recognises what she can mean to a project."

Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Denzel Washington, Matt Damon and Jack Nicholson made up the rest of the top 10. Of Nicholson, still going strong at 71, the magazine said: "Iconic. Living-legend status, but still hip with audiences. The three-time Oscar winner has mapped his career in a way few others have."

Julia Roberts and Meryl Streep were the only other females to figure in the top 20.

I've only slept with two men - Paris Hilton

PARIS Hilton claims she's only slept with "a couple" of men.

The sex tape star who is rarely seen without a bloke on her arm told Glamour magazine: "I've only ever done it with a couple of people.

"People make up stories, but mostly I just kiss. I think it's important to play hard to get.

"Nobody wants the fake Prada bag - they want the brand new bag that no one can get and is the most expensive.

"If you give it up to a guy he won't respect you. He'll want you much more if he can't have you."

Paris also said that she wasn't tempted to go down the same road as Lindsay Lohan, who is in a lesbian relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson, The Sun reported.
